Green Suites® International, in its procedures, policies, purchases, and products, gives the environment "first consideration" over economics. We seek products for use in our facilities and the products we distribute that are recycled, re-usable, non-toxic, biodegradable, energy, water and waste reducing. When these are not available we seek products that are durable or otherwise sustainable and we encourage our customers and suppliers to seek the same. What we do as a company and as individuals is never environmentally perfect, but we try with utmost thought and concern for our planet.

Unless specified, all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. will be shipped via UPS ground. All in-stock items are shipped same day. Per UPS, all shipments should arrive in 1-5 business days. Any damages, shortages or other incomplete shipments must be noted at the time of delivery on the shipping documents and we must be notified within 24 hours to allow for timely replacements or credits. |

If products are damaged or defective Green Suites® International will replace the item free-of-charge. Green Suites® International will only issue a pre-paid return label on products that are damaged or defective. Green Suites® International must be notified of damaged products within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. All returns on non-defective products are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Non-defective products must be returned within 30 days to receive a cash refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days a company credit will be issued which is valid for 90 days. |
