EcoSense & EcoRoom Program Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in written form no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of the current term.

Return Policy

If products are damaged, defective or shipped in error, Green Suites Hotel Solutions will replace the item free-of-charge. Green Suites Hotel Solutions must be notified of damaged products within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. Products defective or shipped in error must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods. Green Suites Hotel Solutions will only issue a pre-paid return label on products that are damaged, defective or shipped in error. All returns on non-defective products are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Non-defective products must be returned within 30 days to receive a cash refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days a company credit will be issued which is valid for 90 days.
